Can I Export a Dot Shortcut Into a Shortcut?

Apple introduced a new security protocul for short cuts, where all this short cut filed that you can now also export from the shortka ap itself. They need to be signed with a certificate that is provided by apple, and that is tied to your ecar account. If you have an unsigned dot shortcut file and you try to double crick it, the shortcats ap will give you an error. So i was back to square one.
