Science fiction can be helpful in reconceptualizing different technology, but it can also be harmful. How has european colonialism traditionally played a role in science fiction? Soi, i mean, often, sort of space adventure exploration of science fiction, it often imagines like the spaces it finds are empty. But of course, there is tthat colonial ideology also constructed for itself an image of lands as empty.
