The Importance of Understanding Your Audience
I think what Henry is saying is absolutely spot on. What we find often is there is a huge volume of content that people create which ends up being mediocre in quality and therefore doesn't have that resonance. We are trying to be the best of the internet, we are trying to come to the top every time. We don't want to just create shed loads of mediocrity. I am probably still lots of businesses do operate this way a pressure to have volume over quality.
