How could your goal be geared towards releasing stress in the most stressful areas of your life? This can be your focus. You might even consider a word for the weak that will define your weak. What is a word you aspire to? Peace or joy, freedom. Even this subtle shift, as you uplift your eyes very gently, can help to reassure you there's hope you can release pent up stress.
