The number of illegal immigrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border has dropped significantly since President Obama took office, says Brian Kilmeachow. The numbers are down because Mexico is helping and there's a new app that allows migrants to apply for asylum from their home country. But Border Patrol officials say they're concerned if Mexico stops cooperating with them, we'll get right back to where we were last year. And so really, I think, listen, cautious optimism, the numbers are falling down, maybe after two years, the administration just decided, hey, we got to fix it.
