Is the Criminal Justice System More Just Than the Civil?
I think that the criminal justice system is probably, I mean, it's so discriminatory. At the end of the day, victims don't get anything out of a criminal process. Just because we have the ability to sue doesn't mean we have to take it. How will you know if you're ready to file a lawsuit? I'm the one year timeframe certainly gives me a kick in the pants to make the decision.
