The Requirement of Health Care Providers of Abortion Services
The bill would require that a health care provider who provides abortion services also provide he specified tests, services or procedures. This is going after laws like what we saw in texas, in louisiana. I think mississippi tried one too, that says, in order to be an abortion provider, you have to have admitting, admitting privileges at a local hospital. It gets worse and worse and worse.
Texas is investigating parents for child abuse if they sign off on their children getting sex reassignment surgery and Congress is voting on a bill to rescind Texas' abortion law (and all states' pro-life laws). At some point the voices of the majority need to be heard and taken seriously.
