How Artificial Intelligence Learns to Do Things

So imagine a computer's learning to play tick tack. It doesn't know anything about whether moves are good or bad, and it doesn't have those look up tables that we talked about. When it wins a game, it's basically going to say, well, hey, what were the moves i made that game that got me a win? And it's going to assign positive values, or ones, to the moves that helped it win. But when it loses a game,  it's going to look at the moves that that cost it the game,. So it's ashy creating its own look up tables. By playing itself a ton of times, it will learn which moves led
