Trusting God amid parenting mistakes

In today’s episode we speak to Rachel Turner about keys truths that all parents and carers need to hear. Rachel Turner has worked within church leadership and family, youth and children’s ministry for over 20 years. After serving full-time in multiple churches, she then went on to found Parenting for Faith in partnership with BRF Ministries. Through her and her team’s work, they have created multiple online courses, resources and a podcast to enable parents and carers to disciple their children and for church leaders to create a parenting for faith culture within their communities. She is an international speaker and the author of nine books. In her work, she has consulted and partnered with national denominations and regional networks across Europe, North America and Australasia to enable growth in intergenerational church, robust family ministry, and church culture change. She lectures on leadership and intergenerational church at the Institute for Children, Youth and Mission (CYM) and St. Padarn’s Institute. She is a huge Star Trek fan. She is currently serving as the Discipleship Pastor at Hope Church Harrogate, and is writing her tenth book entitled The Ministry of Ordinary Walks.
