The Fragileness of Social Media in Non-Democracies
I want to be very cautious here because anyone from a particular country in the United States is my own. There are there are many countries and if I look to Asia for a moment, we have one of the biggest internet bases around in China. If you have a country that is blocking access to let's say criticisms of the government's own performance, that is not good. It makes it very difficult to have any form of airing of concerns which the government and other people should hear about. And if you censor that, then the kinds of human suffering that, let's say, non-democratic countries aspiring to do well by their people will be less likely to be alleviated.
