The Transition to D1 College Soccer

I would say that the players that I played with at UVA, a lot of them had youth national team or senior team experience. You very much feel like you're playing against women and you can tell when you're playing up against a fourth year and your first year. Just the savviness that they have, the ability to use their bodies. They've been in the gym four years longer than you have. Who says you can't do it?
