What Is the Metaverse All About?

The metaverse is a buzzword and tech, but it doesn't actually mean anything. Mark zuckerburg sees the future as everything in our life being digital. i see artists getting their fair share, not needing permission from other people to start something. Is is sort of where i see the future and how i identify the metaverse.
