Jeffrey Toobin: Voice has got to be your strength. It's the tonal quality of your voice, it's whether you're being heard. And that's what I love to work on with people. Not everybody is trained as a journalist and I truly believe in this day and age, the old model of how you are supposed to present or speak. That does not work in today's world.
I've often said that sometimes we self-employed folks feel like rock stars, and other times…not quite so much!
