Bannon was charged with two misdemeanor counts of contempt of Congress for not complying with a January 6th subpoena. The government wanted six months in jail, but the judge gave him four months and 6,500 as opposed to 200 K., which is what the government wanted. He's already been pardoned; he'll lose on appeal. And I'm laughing so hard that if I'm Bannon's lawyer, I'm telling him, okay, you got three weeks and Bannon will say, yeah, I know.
