For the longest time EVs have been a second, third, fourth car in some affluent family's garage. Tesla came out with Model 3 and Model Y, but even those were not super cheap vehicles. And I think you do get to a certain point where there are only so many 60, 80, $100,000 luxury EV that the market can buy.
