How Can Head Coaches Delegate to Their Coaching Staff?
Coaches need to practice what they're preaching with their players. And so much like we would do with leaders on a team, we've got to invite our assistant coaches to be a part of that process. But it is a difficult thing to do, particularly if you're in a programme where maybe you're getting graduate assistance every two years. Orthere's not a high salary, and so there's a lot of turnover with your coaches - having to start over people.
