The Dodleston Messages with Paul Rogers

Dr Paul Rogers is a freelance researcher and Visiting Research Fellow at the University of
Northampton, having previously been a (senior) lecturer in psychology at different British universities. He has published over fifty peer-reviewed papers in social psychology and social cognition, including twenty papers on various aspects of anomalistic psychology such as paranormal believers’ proneness to probabilistic reasoning biases. He lives in Portsmouth where he is currently researching The Dodleston Messages.

He examines The Dodleston Messages, a deeply puzzling case involving apparent communication across centuries through early 1980s computer technology. Paul outlines the historical, linguistic, and technological evidence that challenges conventional explanations, including poltergeist phenomena and informational time transfer. Rogers explores the broader implications for consciousness, time, and the limits of current scientific models.

New Thinking Allowed host, Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, is author of The Roots of Consciousness, Psi Development Systems, and The PK Man. Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in “parapsychology” ever awarded by an accredited university (University of California, Berkeley, 1980). He is also the Grand Prize winner of the 2021 Bigelow Institute essay competition regarding the best evidence for survival of human consciousness after permanent bodily death. He is Co-Director of Parapsychology Education at the California Institute for Human Science.
