Companies hiring process is built to eliminate qualified data scientists. Most senior data scientist wouldn't pass a junior data science job interview because it has nothing to do with the actual job. Qualified candidates are bounced before they make it to the hirhriyg manager as companies don't keyword stuff their resmade just the right way.
