The Importance of Vision in Leadership

Most people, when you talk about leadership, they start talking about you got to have vision. But vision is not the goal. Vision should just be a result of relationship with the Lord. When you love God so much that you've just given up on your own personal things and it's God, what do you want? What did you create me for? Well, then what that will do will produce character and integrity because you are no longer being led around by your desires. You're being led by that personal relationship with the lord.
