On today’s podcast, I had Codie Sanchez on! She has a portfolio of businesses dong over $35 million per year! She’s gotten very famous for talking about boring businesses. This comes from laundry mats, HVAC companies, you name it you can learn about it from watching her channel and all of her socials! We go deep into why those businesses are so profitable, what their cashflow looks like, and how you can go buy one yourself without using any of your own money! We also talk about what it’s like going through that on the venture capital side. She got started in Wall Street and she worked her way up making millions of dollars in the process, only to leave the golden handcuffs and start her own deal. We also go into where business is going to go in the future with AI, with audience, and all of these new technological advances.
