The Problem With Hate Crimes Classification
Hate crimes are a law enforcement tool to increase penalties for things on a discretionary basis if there is some sort of insult or kind of motivation that we can discern based on a protected category so race or you know sometimes gender but it's usually race right and it can be disability says blah blah blah. A lot of times in our desire for recognition because you can use our feeling right now like nobody is listening to us nobody cares what happens to us which i understandthere's also this call for let's call it a hate crime and then let's get as much punishment as we can.
