We screwed up the planet, and we didn't do it in one day. So we're not going to fix this instantly. We must have an intervention plan and a prevention plan. Prevention are the long term things. Every new sewer project should be built with 100 year outlook of can it withstand water levels? There's some amazing programms that are taking place globally. But then we need intervention right now. Mother nature is not going to wait to build out our sewer systems.
