Is There a Way to Outsource a SQL Database?

Jay Z: I was thinking just to continue your soapbox for a moment though, like we've talked about the Uber engineering blog and I was trying to find an example of it as you were describing. And so not everything is going back to some giant data lake, you know, because the problem that I have with that is that if you try to engineer some one database to rule them all for your entire enterprise to do all of your use cases like that is so unrealistic. It doesn't exist. Depends on your org size.
