How to Be a Better Person
I wanted to do active hobbies that use my hands and allow my energy to flow out of my body because I have a lot of internal energy but I'm trying to like expel that shit you know what I mean. My highest category is love no surprise I have a 10 out of 10 in the love category and no notes for that so I just put a heart there. In spirituality it's not necessarily just religion it's like mindfulness and like trying to become more centered and grounded I think thatThat's a part of it I have 5 million crystals and that also adds to spirituality so yeahjust an idea for something that you can do and I actually enjoyed it even for spirituality like journaling
