I find an energy that sometimes I think we as Americans, maybe we've dialed it back a little bit. The leader has got to be somebody who has vision and also, if not about them, they're not building themselves up. Like take Rwanda where they had this genocide, you know, 20 years ago, and then they got a different leader. That's the kind of thing that we need more.
