The Evolution of Combat Exclusion

After World War II countries have to write down the rules about what women were and weren't allowed to do in the war. And then we did we see the end of combat exclusion. The big shift happens after 2000 and in particular, after the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have been around for a bit so in 2011 2012 the US and Australia permit women in combat roles. Britain's very slow it doesn't happen in the UK, until 2018 the formal announcement is made. So that's surprisingly late really. It's unbelievably late.
