There's some decent stuff about school safety and security there, but it's overwhelmed by the bad stuff. Its almost like they're trying to jo snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. It reminds me of that thing we say in the show old tirmmet, republicans are not the solution all your problems, but democrats are the cause of it.
