Coach Development and Coach Education - Is There a Standard Approach?
Coaches need to take an honest, introspective look and figure out why they're coaching. If it's just transaction, like ye, you can get peake performance out of them for a couple of years. But the damage, in many cases, will be just so extensive. Many kids are leaving sport worse than when they came into it. There isn't any standardized approach to coach education and coach development.
