How House Prices Have Moved Over the Last Three Months

Property prices in New Plymouth went up by 1.9%. The three months before that, property prices had fallen by 3.1%. In Christchurch, Hamilton and Auckland, I'm seeing those house price falls slow down. Now if I think about some other parts of the country, the house price falls are actually speeding up. So that probably tells me that an area like New Plymouth, today, in Christchurch,. Hamilton, those places are probably going to hit the bottom of their market before places like Todonga or Wellington City.
