Governor Dime Addresses Business People in Goma

The governor in charge of north province, constein dime, met up with business people in the city of goma. He then made a statement to journalists, but did not take questions. The protestors are saying that they don't see why there's a huge u n troop presence when they continue to be at the mercy of armed groups.
