I think there's a few theories being tested through the media and see how they land. I personally think that probably within two years time where we're going to end up with 100 is that you'll have 10 teams. They will probably bring in private investment into those teams. That is the only way of raising significant sums of money. The broadcast is not interested in the county teams. Sky have backed this tournament more than anyone else. ECB are risking their relationship with Sky if they go too far down the road of moving away from the 100. It would be radical if it moved to a 2020 comp from 100 Ball comp now due to the length of time.
