Joanne: What are the key elements as you see the design of your innovation work? Joanne: I think if I think of it like almost like an innovation toolkit that anybody at any level should be empowered. It actually starts with us investing in folks to say, are we making it easy for you to access and learn about these technology? And so part of driving right kind of innovation isn't just about the technology or what you're delivering.
