I did this unusual jump from field sales to agency. And it's not a very common path in our industry. Normally, if you're in field sales, you head up in head office and normally agency people don't have that field experience. So anyway, went all around agency land for many years before deciding that small agencies could need a hand when it came to digital. I refocused the whole company, dropped websites and apps and that kind of stuff and just purely focus on enabling reps with data technology and content.
