You don't want to advise them or help them through something to where they have something like the people I was just talking about with a deficiency judgment and you don't even have house either. Just really picking that right broker is fundamentally important for anybody it doesn't matter if you're investor or homeowner a first-time home buyer, hire that specialist because not all real estate brokers are the same nor should they be.
