Justice Jackson's Concussion in Gonzales' Oral Argument
I found Justice Jackson's concurrence really interesting, particularly read in light of some of her questions during the Gonzales oral argument. She suggested to a lot of people listening and to me as well that she was maybe a little more skeptical of the position of Google and other corporations that use section 230 to shield them from lawsuits. So I at least read that as Justice Jackson saying, you know, hey, try again with another lawsuit, maybe under a different cause of action,.
