Why Is the Net Migration Figure for 2022 So High?
Immigration has always been a decisive and divisive topic for decades, but you know, finding the right answers is necessarily straightforward. There don't appear to be any easy answers to sky high net migration. It's not immediately clear that immigration on this level is necessarily a bad thing. So in an attempt to take some of the heat out the debate, let's adopt a rather more empirical approach with Madeleine’s function as director of the Migration Observatory at Oxford University.
