i'm always looking for those high pop high profit things, or high yield, because i'm trying to grow that nest egg bigger. Just like anything, you can lose it as quick as you can make it. And so depending on your talents, you want to pick the right engines and either just mitigate risks by not getting eaten alive by inflation. Does a stock market crash affect real estate? We’ve seen home prices hit record growth over the past two years, with a slight slowdown happening right now. But nothing in the real estate market compares to the stock market selloff that has happened over the past six months.
