The Second Amendment and the Supreme Court's Injunction
The Supreme Court handed down their New York State pistol rifle association the brewing decision last year that struck down a number of these deep blue states concealed carry permitting laws. A federal judge has blocked most of those reforms in New Jersey so most of these sort of sensitive places are otherwise known as gun free zones but their legislation after brewing have now been blocked. It's still a significant victory for gun rights advocates who are challenging these room response rules and a significant loss for not only New Jersey but likely New York and California who's also considering passing those types of laws.
