Is There a Monopoly on AI Right Now?
The real people you need to be worried about are the fast moving solo acts in places like China. Big data is sort of the rocket fuel for AI right now, and companies like Baidu and Alibaba who have big data are actually able to do this kind of AI today. I would expect, just given history, that there'll be a disaster. It's some AI disaster of some sort.
