The Role of History Reclaimed in Historical Research

I think history should be done in a much more detached way. I don't think we should allow our present political preferences all likes and dislikes to affect our historical research. So I think yes it is a fight back if you like against this trend but I think I haven't experienced any attempts to influence my views on anything. It's very open to people with different views to write articles for them and put that on the website. But might it be argued that history reclaimed is playing a role in this structure? Well only in response because you know as the name suggests that it was an attempt to reclaim history isn't attempt to reclaimhistory from the kind of mystification politicisation that is going
