Is Britain a Better Place Culturally?

i want to know if you are more comfortable with where britain is culturally now than when you were in your radical twenties. D do you think britian is a better place culturally? In some ways, immeasurably so. But then i also look at a country that lapses into kind of easy, lazy anger. And i find i'm very worried about that. Where's your faith?
