Langford: Tim Scott is the most decent human being you'll ever meet. He's like Clarence Thomas, black Republican who believes in pulling himself by your bootstraps rather than to me understanding the systemic racism that African Americans face in this country and other minorities. Langford: As a black American, he doesn't understand what it's like to be black American. It's just amazing to me.
