How to Put Workers at the Center of Negotiations Process

I believe you have to put workers at the center of everything. The more workers understand and the more they bring their actual intelligence to the table, right, because they come with extraordinary intelligence, the better off everyone is going to be. I just want to say it's not just members, it's all the workers covered by the collective bargaining agreement. What it became was radical political education.
