The ICC is headquartered in Dubai. They're a lot closer to dealing in the realities of the Gulf States than we are, for sure, based in Australia or the UK. And I think what Greg Barclay's comments gave you an indication of was that proximity, that closeness, and that awareness of Saudi interest is already there. So yeah, it wasn't a conversation along the lines of this is a huge surprise.
