Is There a Ground Rule to Disagreement?

i think in a lot of companies now, disagreement is kind of pushed on under the rug. People are more likely to be backwards and coming forwards when they have a point of view. And i think that's a great shame. Like having a more diverse group around table. There should be cognitive benefits to it too - you bring all these perspectives together. It creates something much more vibrant and much more sightful than it would be otherwise. In this culture, we and we want disagreement. It's not a sign of disrespect. It's the opposite. When we disagree with each other, we're actually respecting the others point of view cause we want them out. That's how make us smarter
