Every great leader must have the courage to implement their ideas. Knowledge is not power. Action is power. Once you have influence within the team and the company, you must immediately begin to build influence with trade partners, trade foremen and everyone else on sight. With this influence, you will be the great leader you need to be by forging ahead and having courage.
