The Cost of Arbitration

There is not a constitutional question in this case. So the Supreme Court is not deciding something based on the Constitution. I mean, it's fairly simple to describe class actions. Lawyers would find a problem that they think might have a bunch of victims. And you can recover all of the money owed to all of them at once. The cost of the actual arbitration is super low for the employers.
