The War on Munitions

Ferguson: There is no more military industrial complex. It's withered away. And so it will take years to replenish our stocks of munitions. We already know this for a fact, and by the way, they gave us a check for $30 billion. They did Taiwan for stuff 18 months ago and we still have not delivered on that either. So let's react to it. Failed experiment for 20 years doing two wars. I never remember hearing we're out of ammo. Where's the where's the weapons?
