Do You Think 230 Is Imprevently Granted?
I would not be surprised if 230 was imprevently granted. But I do think it may very well not come to decision, which amounts to the same thing. So lower courts, please start putting forward your proposals as they will filter up for what you think 230 should mean. Do that for a year or two. If the world does end, we can always grant cert immediately and fix this problem.
