The Culture of Sports

Riana: I think there's a big culture of, you know, every one gets a trophy nd just get a twele for showing up. And i try really hard not to allow my colltes, but to really call my coaches out,. When i hear them say, all tdas kids are the these kids to day, so were the ones raising these kids to Day and we don't like what we see. We can greatly change that culture, one relationship at a time by mentering and modelling.
